These Terms and Conditions of Use for Advertisement shall
govern the usage of Yahyip for everyone participating in advertising
their websites to the viewing members within the Yahyip base.
Please review them from time to time since your ongoing use is subject
to the terms and conditions as modified. Your continued participation
in Yahyip after such modification shall be deemed to be your
acceptance of any such modification. Violation of these Terms and
Conditions of Use shall be grounds for suspension or termination
of advertising privileges and deletion of Yahyip Units account.
Yahyip is an advertising company and as such functions as
a medium delivering website traffic to our advertisers
based upon the Units they purchase. Advertisers agree and understand that
Yahyip IS NOT AN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY, and makes no claims of
potential earnings. Yahyip in no way guarantees that an Advertiser
will gain business, profits or income as a result of this method of advertising.
The Advertisers understands that they are purchasing web advertising and web
traffic only and no other warranties of any kind whether implied or express exist.
Yahyip is not an MLM, down line builder, forced matrix, pyramid scheme
or ponzi scheme in any way and does not offer memberships and does not require
any type of membership purchase. Based on our business model we DO NOT need new
advertisers to pay previous members in any way. Our business plan is simple;
our advertisers pay us for guaranteed page view to their sites and we take
some of those profits to pay you to view those sites. The purpose of this
bonus program is to reward advertisers for viewing and visiting the
products and services of other Advertisers, thus creating an internal
network beneficial to all Yahyip Unit and their businesses.
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate and must provide Yahyip.com
with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an
accurate name, mailing address and email address. You agree to receive
emails from Yahyip Marketing and Administration. Your personal
information will not be shared with anyone.
All Yahyip Units are good for a period of 300 consecutive days.
Each Yahyip Unit expires
every 300 days, which means the system is not set up to
require NEW memberships to survive. It is predicated on repeat
business.
Each Yahyip Unit costs $5 per Yahyip Unit. Advertisers may purchase Yahyip Units
at any time by paying $5 U.S. per Yahyip Unit. Each Yahyip Unit is valid for
300 days for Surfing and Non-Surfing Plan. The total
sum of the Yahyip Units purchased at any time may not exceed $5,000,
and must be purchased in increments of $5.
Yahyip Unit purchases
are not refundable under any circumstances. Any attempt to reverse or
chargeback Yahyip Unit purchases will be grounds for deletion of Advertisers' account.
Advertisers shall be granted one credit per unit purchased.
Upon consumption of these credits, through the viewing of others
through the Surf Rotation, more credits may be purchased by the
advertiser by purchasing additional Advertising credits in their
account. Advertisers may not use their earnings to purchase additional Yahyip Units.
Advertisers understand that they are purchasing advertising
through Yahyip and that they are being delivered
advertising credits accordingly. Once they purchase an
Yahyip Unit (upgrade completed) that will credit their account with 100
advertising credits and their advertisement is
shown (site entered into rotation), the transaction is
considered fully complete.
They may earn hits / credits to their website in the Surf
Rotation by viewing other members' sites. Advertising Ad
Packs may track the hits / credits that their website has
obtained through their own back office provided through the
Yahyip system. They may also track advertising credits and direct
and promote websites as they deem fit, within the allowable site under
these Terms and Conditions of Use. No advertising credits will be
allocated to websites automatically, it is the sole responsibility
of the Advertisers to manage and allocate their advertising credits.
We pay earnings to those advertisers who participate in our earning
program on or about the 7th WORKING day after the cashout request.
There are no guarantees that we will pay by this date but we will
make effort to do so. Payouts are subject to the following conditions.
Only advertisers who hold current active Yahyip Units will be
permitted to cashout. There is a $1 minimum payout. Payouts will
be made exclusively through E-gold and AlertPay, and only to the
account that advertisers register with us in their member profile.
Non-complying sites (or entire accounts) will be suspended or
deleted and all credits and earnings lost, without notice.
Accounts which are inactive for 48days are subject to deletion and
any earnings forfeited. Bounced email is the cause for potential
deletion of your account. Advertisers may change their email
address as needed by selecting the edit button on their login page.
Only one account per person, only one person may surf on the same computer
at the same time. This means that referred family members may use the same
computer, but never at the same time. A payment ID is the Egold account
Advertisers use for transactions with our program. A single payment ID
cannot be associated with any more than one Yahyip account. If
Advertisers do so - both accounts will be terminated and no further
payouts will be made.
Advertisers are under no obligation to purchase an
Advertising Package in order to view ads. Inactive Free Advertisers
may view ads of other Yahyip Unit, but may not participate in the viewing
commission program.
Free Advertisers are able to advertise their website or gain credits
from surfing to advertise their website. Free Advertisers are limited
to their abilities while logged in.
EVERY Advertiser who purchases an Yahyip Unit will
be required to enter a qualified web site address or banner ad for
the Yahyip Unit they are purchasing. To ensure the smooth operation of
this service for all Advertisers, it is required that each site
that you promote on our site must meet the following criteria.
Failure to comply will result in the termination of your site
and/or account without notice. We will not refund your money.
• You cannot be referring to our own website (eg: http://Yahyip.com?ref=etc)
• Your website MUST not contain any popups, flash flying banners,
or first-page redirects.
• Your website MUST not contain any div floating layers moving
around the window.
• Your site must not have any kind of pop windows. pop-ups,
pop-ins, redirects, rotators, messages, scripts, downloads,
errors, dialog boxes, malicious code, viruses, Trojans,
java applet hacks or anything which would interrupt our
automatic page rotation or harm our customers computers must
not use any forwarding or redirection or page rotator.
• Paid To Promote pages of PTR or any others are not allowed,
Please don't add to site rotator or you will be warned.
• No code to break out of our surf bar frame or anything which
could interrupt auto page rotation.
• No inappropriate, illegal, adult or violent content or any
text or material that might reasonably cause offense, including
websites promoting illegal software, warez, cracks, etc.
• No broken links, under-construction or slow-loading pages.
Advertisers are encouraged to promote Yahyip
in a legal and ethical fashion. However, be aware that any of the
following methods of promotion will result in immediate in termination
of your account, loss of earnings and credits, and/or prosecution:
a) Making false representations to lure new advertisers
b) Using any form of SPAM or UCE, including bulk email or posting to
forums, lists, pop-up ads, pop-under ads, unsolicited instant messages
or newsgroups where such postings are not welcome.
c) Representing Yahyip as an investment of any kind will be grounds
for IMMEDIATE termination of account and potential grounds for legal action.
Advertisers are fully responsible for insuring that anyone they refer
to the site uses that member's correct referral link in order to signup.
Signups are responsible for making sure the referrer information is
correct if required. Yahyip Admin will not be responsible
for changing the referrer after the fact that should a mistake of
this nature occurs. All help tickets, emails, contact requests,
posts on forums etc requesting such will not be acknowledged.
Yahyip does not make any promises or
guarantees of income success, whether implied or express.
Advertisers acknowledge and agree that they are participating
in the program because they have a good or service to market
and wish to utilize internet advertising to a localized group
that has shown an interest in home based business ventures and
entrepreneurial enterprise.
Any promises or guarantees that may have been made to anyone
reading these Terms and Conditions are not the statements of
Yahyip and should be ignored. Any purchase is for the
right to obtain viewership of Yahyip Unit's ads/website, and purchase
is made for no other reason.
Advertiser is responsible for reporting to appropriate authorities
any income which they may derive from their ancillary participation
in this program. Any tax related questions or matters should be
discussed by Advertisers with a licensed tax professional.
The names, likeness, logos, and trademarks of Yahyip,
including but not limited to the website, design, banners,
navigational tools, and overall functionality of the site
should not be used, copied or otherwise reproduced without
express written consent of Yahyip.
Yahyip has no control over the internet. Advertiser
acknowledges this simple fact, and further acknowledges that
Yahyip can not control the quality, safety, or legality
of the content or information submitted by Yahyip Units to this website.
Due to the unfeasibility of authentication of Advertisers on the internet,
Yahyip does not and cannot verify or confirm that each
Advertiser is who they purport to be. The Advertiser agrees to
release Yahyip, its officers, directors, employees, and
affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or damages, either
actual or consequential, direct or indirect, implied or express,
of every kind and nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected,
disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with
Advertiser's relationship with Yahyip.
Advertisers of the Yahyip site are solely responsible for
the accuracy, and content of all information which they provide
and for all information contained in any documents or forms
which they submit to Yahyip. This includes any
information provided to affiliates of Yahyip,
including Payment Processors.
Yahyip makes no guarantees or promises of income or
income potential. Advertisers agree and understand that there
is NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS or profits WHATSOEVER, and Yahyip
makes no claims of potential earnings. Yahyip IS
NOT AN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY, and makes no claims to be such.
We are an advertising company and as such deliver website traffic
to our advertisers based upon the Yahyip Unit they purchase.
All Advertisers acknowledge that the purchase of an "Advertising Package"
is for the purpose of obtaining internet advertising and viewing traffic.
All Advertisers agree that they have not relied on any statements or
promises that may have been made outside of those in these Terms and
Conditions of Use.
Advertisers agree that use of the service is at their sole risk. The service
is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent
allowed by applicable law, Yahyip expressly disclaims all
warranties of any kind, express or implied by law, custom or otherwise,
including without limitation any warranty of merchantability,
satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or
non-infringement. Yahyip makes no warranty regarding any goods
or services purchased or obtained through the program or any transactions
entered into through the program.
Advertisers agree not to hold the operators and members of Yahyip
liable for any losses that you may incur. Advertisers agree not to attempt
fraudulent payments, not to attempt charge backs, and not to cancel payments.
Advertisers agree not to engage in conduct which will undermine the success of
this program. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to spreading negative
opinions of Yahyip on forums, false advertising, false information or
feedback posted on monitoring sites or other sites. In the event of a dispute
with Yahyip, Advertisers accept that Yahyip is the final arbiter
in all disputes, and their rulings are final.
Yahyip reserves the right to alter, modify or discontinue any portion
of our earnings program at anytime with or without notice. Yahyip has
the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel, at any time and for
any reason, an Advertiser's access to Yahyip Website and Yahyip
services. All Earnings may be cancelled in Yahyip sole discretion, and
the Advertiser may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies if such
action is deemed warranted by Yahyip.
By participating in Yahyip Advertisers hereby agree to the above terms
and conditions. These terms and conditions may change at any time.
